Welcome to Niger State Ministry of Justice

The Ministry of Justice is the Ministry charged with the responsibility of counselling the State in all legal matters. It has the major role of promoting and enhancing justice for all, the rule of law and good governance.

The Chief Legal Officer in the Ministry is the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, supported by the Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary.
